At Sud’n Impact Gym, we’re not just a fitness facility; we’re a community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals on your terms. With our affordable 24-hour access memberships for just $29 a month, you have the freedom to sculpt your body and hone your skills whenever it suits you.
Our expansive facility boasts everything you need to unleash your full potential. From our comprehensive weight room to our professional-grade boxing ring, MMA cage, wrestling mats, Muay Thai bags, and top-of-the-line cardio equipment, we provide the tools for success. And as the largest locally veteran family-owned gym, we take pride in offering a welcoming environment where finding your space to work out is effortless.
Basic Monthly Membership
For one simple low cost monthly fee get 24 hour access to our facility with access to all of our equipment including the boxing ring and MMA cage.
Personal Training
Personal Trainers guide clients interested in weight loss, muscle building and increasing their fitness levels on the appropriate modes of action. They work with clients to create individualized plans for achieving their fitness goals and provide supplemental nutritional information. Personal trainers lead clients through exercise routines while offering words of encouragement during training sessions.
At Sud’n Impact Gym, we are passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall quality of life. Sessions consist of 50 to 55 minute workouts tailored to your specific needs or can be worked around your schedule in any way you need.
